AHI Welcomes New Directors
The AHI held its 2019 Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 28th November at the Rydges World Square Sydney. Around 40 AHI Members and friends gathered together to celebrate AHI achievements over the years and meet the new Members of the Board of Directors. Event attendees had a chance to reminisce about the past of the AHI, while outgoing President Andrew Davis and Executive Officer Kelly Badewitz shared their memories about their journey. Andrew thanked Kelly and Directors for their ongoing commitment to the Institute and welcomed newly appointed Directors.
We are delighted to welcome four new Members to the Board: Jamie Muchall (President), Kim Bomford (Director, TAS), Mark Reader (Director, NSW) and Andy Denniss (Director, QLD). We are also very pleased to announce that John Shevlin has had his term extended as the ACT Director.
We are grateful and excited to have this new diverse group of individuals join the Board and bring their unique talents, expertise and perspectives to the work of the Institute in order to further our mission to advance the social housing profession.
Two dedicated and long-standing Board Members completed their terms: AHI President Andrew Davis and NSW Director Francis Brazil. The AHI community is grateful for their unwavering commitment to the Institute and the social housing sector as a whole.
